Privacy Policy

Airlift moves photos and videos directly between two of your own phones over your local Wi-Fi network. It was built around one principle: your photos are yours, and they never leave your network.

What we collect

Nothing. Airlift has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no servers of ours. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal data, from anyone, including children.

How transfers work

Photos and videos travel directly from one of your devices to the other over your own Wi-Fi network, protected by a PIN shown on the receiving phone. They are never uploaded to the internet, to a cloud service or to any third party. If your phones are not on the same network, no transfer happens.

Permissions Airlift asks for, and why

• Photo library — on the sending phone, to read the photos you chose to send. On the receiving phone, to save them into your gallery and to check whether a photo has already arrived so it is not duplicated.
• Local network — to find your other phone on your Wi-Fi and talk to it directly. This is the only network access Airlift uses.

What stays on your device

Airlift keeps a small amount of information on each phone so transfers can resume and you can see what happened: the items already received during a transfer, the items that failed to send, how many free transfers you have used, and whether you have unlocked the full version. This never leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes it.

Payments

The full version is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple or Google. Airlift never sees your payment details, and no payment information reaches us.

Children

Airlift is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, so there is no children's data to disclose or delete.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
